10 Day Charity Drive - Las Vegas Rescue Mission

Las Vegas Martial Arts Families Support The Las Vegas Rescue Mission

Helping Others Stay Warm

Friends and families of Allen Sarac's Professional Karate Center in Las Vegas Nevada held a 10 Day clothes drive for charity. Slightly used clothing and coats were collected from December 12th thru December 22th.

As you can see from the tables of clothing bagged up and ready for transport, it was a success!

A Charity Bonus For Non-School Members

"We wanted to encourage donations from our community in addition to our students collecting the clothes so we provided an incentive", says Grandmaster Allen Sarac.

For every bag of clothing donated the award winning Las Vegas karate school also donated a free week of Karate classes to non-student members.

Teaching The Importance Of Charity

The Las Vegas Martial Arts School holds several charity events throughout the year. Teaching real martial arts is more than learning how to defend yourself, it is about improving yourself.

Master Sarac's philosophy has always been about balance in training. "You can take a child and turn him into the bully of the neighborhood with the wrong teaching methods. My classes are constructed so that kids learn to use their strength and knowledge to help each other and become good citizens. School charity events are offered so that serious students may use them as part of their requirement for Black Belt. That's how serious I am about developing not just good students, but great ones."

"And I cannot be more proud of our students in the Professional Karate Family"
