I'm glad you sent me the articles about your opening during COVID-19. We in Chito-ryu are making our own adjustments. Our general classes are Tuesday and Thursday nights and Saturday mornings. Classes are split into rank instruction classes which lasts about 45 minutes. Barbara Dometrich greets participants as she sits behind a plexiglass shield. The shield has a opening door--like a drive through fast-food restaurant--for members to give her our attendance cards. We wear our gi's to and from sessions and put on our belts at start of instruction. All have time for equipment and floor wipe-downs. It's not what we want, but the vaccines may help to give us more contact in the future. Again, it's great hearing from you.
